Effective July 1, 2010 Alamosa State Bank Visa Check Cards will not be able to be used in any Foreign Countries with the exception of the following to accommodate members who are serving in the military: Germany, Iraq, Italy, South Korea, Kuwait, New Zealand, and the Philippines. All other countries will be blocked. This restriction is due to the excessive number of Fraudulent Transactions taking place in Foreign Countries.
